  • HSE's unsuccessful prosecution of North Yorkshire CC in 2010 following a fatal accident to a teenager on a supervised caving trip at Manchester Hole in Nidderdale

  • HSE's decision not to prosecute Rotherham MBC following a fatal accident to a teenager whilst sledging at Rother Valley Country Park in 2009
